Bratton publicly taking some type of action although those savages are not fired. But after reading the article I'm very disappointed in Grey. He is better man than me “I don’t want them to be jobless because they might have family, kids they need to support,” he said. Without that video he may had lost his postal job, they wasn't thinking about Mr. Gray's family when they arrested him or his life. Hopefully the feds will follow thru and prosecute those officers to the fullest extent of the law.

CROWN HEIGHTS — Three officers and a lieutenant caught on video arresting an on-duty postal worker in Crown Heights earlier this month have been removed from their normal posts as the NYPD investigates the incident, Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said Tuesday.

The four officers arrested 27-year-old Glenn Grays while he was delivering packages along President Street near Franklin Avenue on March 17 after the policemen nearly hit him in an unmarked car as he tried to cross the street, according to Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, who released a passerby’s video of Grays' arrest last week.

The NYPD has already said the incident is under review. But on Tuesday, Bratton expanded on that, saying that the Internal Affairs Bureau is looking to figure out a rationale for the arrest, about which he has “strong concerns,” particularly surrounding why the four cops —assigned to a conditions unit that usually wears a uniform — were in plainclothes.

“For what purpose? Who authorized it?” he asked. “I’m very interested in the charge that was made against this individual, what [Grays] was arrested for. The validity of that, based on what I’ve witnessed on various videos that I’ve reviewed now, I have strong concerns about the charge against the individual.”

As the investigation continues, the three officers and the lieutenant have been removed from the conditions unit, Bratton said. The department is also reviewing the actions of the booking officer at the 71st Precinct station house, he added.

“I’m very concerned that a U.S. postal truck was left unsecured, double-parked on a major thoroughfare in the city of New York,” he said. “I’m very concerned about the performance of the officers, about the leadership role of the lieutenant involved and about the processing of the arrest at the precinct station house.”

In a television interview on Monday, Grays said he believes “the only thing that ... saved me was that it was on videotape.”

“I was extremely terrified. I was afraid if I didn’t comply, something was going to happen to me,” he told CBS This Morning.

Grays, an East New York resident, faces a summons for disorderly conduct stemming from the arrest. In the interview, he said he hopes the officers involved will be disciplined, but not fired.

“I don’t want them to be jobless because they might have family, kids they need to support,” he said.

Fuck that. Pigs should be held to higher standards. A strike like this should end their fucking careers in pig'n. Go retrain for another career. Until people go to the polls like Cleveland and Chicago and take back cities, shit won't happen. Starts at the local level and works its way to federal.

You told them you were innocent. They said "i dont care". You told them you were at work. They said "i dont care". You told them your wife was a fellow cop. They said "i dont care". You would have lost your job and had a criminal record if not for fellow black citizens recording on your behalf. The cops said "i dont care".

Yet you still concern yourself with their jobs... A concern they didnt exhibit when they wrongfully arrested you and took away your freedom and risked your job.

You sir, are a got dam fool. And that mindset is almost as damaging as the mindset of the bigoted, hate filled, piece of shit cops who arrested you.

You see how nice Black people are? He has every right to be upset. What those cac pigs did was racist, unprofessional, and bitch-made (emotional over a man telling them to "watch it" after nearly hitting and injuring him with a vehicle). Mr. Grays wishes only for discipline for the sake of these pigs' supposed children.

Fuck that. Those bitches deserve to die. Can you imagine what would have happened if he had of rightfully resisted that violation of his civil rights?

Gunshot blasts to their heads and stomachs. Their kids are better off being raised in foster homes if their minds aren't already fucked by their pussy-ass dads.

Murdered and dismembered. DEAD!

true but from a psychological standpoint I understand why he said it..

to really make them look like the immature savage piglets they are...

that statement shines a light on their lack of concern for him trying to support his family..

the fact that they werent in uniform when they were supposed to be and the fact they left the mail truck in such a vulnerable position has to be some kind of federal offense..

all based on nothing, its not like dude was dealing drugs or killed someone, its all because their little egos were damaged...

this ought to get real interesting..

Video and Camera phones are some of the best things to happen to and for "black" men!!!

I feel you but his opinion means nothing those piglets actions mean everything...

and his response sheds futher light on THEIR actions....

you really believe that?

If you were HIS adviser what would you tell him to do at this point?

To keep doing what he is doing to keep taking the high road, to reflect how lowly and

how little courtesy these pigs showed to a federal employee doing his job...

looks like they really fucked up.... not just them but their superiors as well..

NOT being in uniform is a big offense especially if they are not going undercover and someone shouldve been overseeing that so its not looking good for them..

unless they have friends in high places and connected... they should be up shits creek...

if you ask me bratton is going to have to make examples out of them, especially in this climate...

lol,

yeah ok and what shouldve he be sayin.. fuck da police right now...!!

dude just by your screen name I could tell you dont make the best life decisions...
I think they deserve death.

But Mr. Grays could have simply said, "They should be relieved of their jobs as officers of the law indefinitely. Their deliberate malpractice is a glaring abuse of authority that puts the safety of innocent African-American citizens like myself at risk."

Im sure he couldve said a lot of things and what you stated wouldve been perfect..

but right now he needs to remove himself from the equation and put all the focus on

the emotional little piglets and I think he did just that..

time will tell...

I get your point. But that statement wasn't even needed. The facts of the case will sway people who can be swayed.

Best believe the opposition will take that 'support' shit and run with it. The key is to sometimes kill with kindness without giving ammunition. Convo on his part should end with.... :( "Hey, I was just trying to support my family!" The time folks should say pigs have jobs to do and families to support is when they are actually doing something wrong and pigs use excessive force.

We need to play chess with these crooked pieces of shit.

I do get where you are coming from though. It's just a frustrating war to fight so I see how we all are looking for ways to win it.

Let me give y'all how this shit going to work... After the investigation they will be suspended for 30 days prob without pay.. Right now the commissionor took them out of the plainclothes detail so now they are prob back in uniform with their guns and badges taken away and are in the rubber gun squad lol (union contract)

Once the investigation is concluded they better hope the Postal inspector go easy on them.. They will go before the NYPD trail board (operates like military court) they will either take a huge hit or lose their jobs either way they are assed out

possible, and I could see the defense tryin to use his words to save face.. but I think those piglets fucked up so much letting their little fragile egos get in the way that no matter what the brothers says,

their porky asses will still be held to the flame....and harder now since it appears bro is no cop hater...

those piggys now have a lot to answer to,

I also think he is looking ahead for the lawsuit.. and not wanting to say anything to damage it..

it appears his take is, see Im no cop hater, why would they do this do me..??

$$$$$$$ cha ching!!!...

Black folks are too forgiving

Not me. Those cops thought they were above the law. Anyone that should be enforcing the law should be following it as well...not to mention leaving a federal mail truck unattended on the street. Who knows what sensitive letters or packages are on that truck? That could be someone's passport, medicine, business permits, or school textbooks...they disrupted a mail route to feed their ego. If an average citizen would have kidnapped the mailman, what penalty would they have faced?

this was a chess move... I know damn well he didn't feel that way.... but it sounds good for the lawsuit

Couldnt say it any betta....

they are going to get fucked! lol. a postal worker is part of the federal government. The feds HATE when police get in their shit. Plus, a lawsuit coming. If I was a boss of some employees costing me money like this, I'll let them go but the police are weirdos that protect each other no matter what.
Man, NY racist as fuck! Something really wrong with their minds and/or agenda coming from upper brass.
Amerikkka ain't for us. We should take steps to leave this place and collapse this economy. Leave their sports and entertainment and watch the country beg. Even if we up and leave, they will follow us and be in our shit to take resources and copy slang and culture.

^^^^ GIVE THIS MAN A CIGAR AND TWO PAIRS OF PUSSY! I'm also a Postal Worker and believe me WE WE'RE PISSED THAN A MOTHAFUCKA WHEN WE SAW THIS! And yea Thise cops can literally lose their jobs fuckin with a Government employee who was on the job

This is the first time I've read the comment sections and no one is siding with the cops. There's nothing you can say about the postal worker. He has a job, engaged to a cop, voiced his displeasure against someone who was violating traffic laws(pedestrians always have the right of way), did not resist arrest...people can't come up with ridiculous "maybe this happened" scenarios because it is on video.

“I don’t want them to be jobless because they might have family, kids they need to support,” he said.

But you could've been lifeless though. 0 fucks given about you and yours.

We're way too passive. that forgiveness bullshit is embedded too deep in us. way too deep. so deep we are wronged and plead for the people that wronged us.
hope it happens to him again. maybe he'll get the point the next time. im just tired of people like this. these the niggas that would warn white people some shit is about to go down because "this ain't right yall, this ain't right" ol punk asses
