Interesting, in that timeline. As soon as Obama got the CIA involved in support of the rebels, Thats when Assad used chemical weapons on his people.
Even with that video, I still dont know whats true. There were 3-4 incidents of chemical bombing but the video, claims thats all on Assad. But Assad said he didnt do it. There is no proof Assad did or that he didnt
But it did help somewhat so, i dunno.
