But yeah i dont think theres a base i believe there is a civilization on the moon thats why Nasa consistantly brush out any evidence of buildings or large structures when they release images to commercial institutions. Ever wonder why the U.S and Russia stopped missons to the moon? they quickly found out it was already claimed lmao

I think our moon is a base. I still find it strange that our moon is the only one of its kind in our solar system that doesn't rotate on its axis and one direction always faces the Earth. i have heard the explanations for why that is but I just don't buy it.
And there is evidence that supports that our Moon is Hollow. The interior of the moon is less dense than the outer parts.
Dr. Mcdonald, who is one of many scientist who believe the moon is hollow stated that
"The moon seems to be a comparatively light world in contrast with the planet Earth. The fact that the moon is only about 60% as dense as our planet has led scientists to two theories: that the moon is without an iron core, and/or, that it is partially hollow"
And if that is true then the Moon is a artificial Satellite planet, which means that it is artificial by nature and was created by and isn't naturally occurring. I'm not even going to get into all the stuff brought up that would suggest Earth is hollow as well (I know eewwll doesn't agree with it)
Even more evidence that supports a hollow moon is that when meteorites hit the moon the moon rings like a bell which is indicative of a hollow object.

seismic equipment to register a continuous reverberation like a bell for more than an hour. Also the same effect occurred with Apollo 13's third stage which caused the
Moon to ring for over three hours.
Now whether or not there is a civilization up there, I'm not certain of but I do believe there are strucures up there. And if the moon was artiificially created then that means it has been up there
long before modern man walked the Earth. Now could there be a joint human/alien base up there? Definitely, but the mere fact that they have always been here watching and interacting with us may be hard for many people to believe or accept.
And it is funny that none of the astronauts that went to the moon can not provide any vivid detail of how they felt or what they can remember from being up there. So I can only guess that they're being told NOT to say anything or some Manchurian Candidate type shit is going on.
