Twins say they have fat asses from 2,000 squats a day..... But Hmmmmm

If they did all those squats, where's the definition is their legs?:lol::lol::lol:
I'm still fuckin, jusssayin

Doing tons of an exercise does not equate to getting bigger or even more definition. They need to have heavy loads, proper nutrition and rest. Squatting everyday is not beneficial, and we don't know their loads. Are they doing bodyweight? What is their rep count? Are they using loads with a kettlebell, dumbbells or barbells? These are real questions to ask. What is their diet like? You have to eat for your body.

Not an inch of muscle. They are not fat. but they aren't even toned. They JUST started working out.

Perhaps or they could be one of those people who exercy for years and make no gains. Also, they could just have a layer of fat over their leg muscles, but they haven't added mass. Heavy squatting, dead lifts, step up and lunges will add mass with proper nutrition and supplements. If they aren't taking anything them it can take several years of consistent training to make good gains especially in the leg area which are muscles that can easily be overused

Bullshit.

8 hours is 8 hours.

If I do bodyweight pushups 8 FUCKING HOURS a day every day - being conservative- within 2 months I'm going to have an more developed upper body just due to all the reps I put in pushing my body off the floor....for 8 HOURS. Example: cats locked up and dudes who work out on playground equipment- those pull ups add up. Same rule applies to squats...that those hoes are not doing 8 HOURS A DAY.

8 HOURS IS A FUCKING WORK DAY. You put in 8 hours on anything you're going to see results; and yes over training would be an result.

So save yourself and us your expertise fam, HOPE has your rational thought process fucked up. Them hoes lying period.

I know they aren't doing eight hours and no one is doing anywhere near eight hours without taking drugs. Most people's bodies can't handle a workload of 2 hours daily of strenuous exercise. BTW, I wasn't even referring to them. I am talking in general.

I do mostly pull ups, dips and pushups, and handstand pushups for my upper body. They don't add up without adding resistance in one way or another. If you are banging them out then it become counterproductive. This shit ain't rocket science. Time under tension. You are either making the exercise harder by doing different movements, adding weights or slowing down. If you do the same repetitive movement then your body is going to adjust. You have to change up the workloads, and cats doing calisthenics aren't just banging out pull ups and getting results. Also, you risk overtraining doing so much.

Maaan, look. These chicks look like they would get lost in a gym. They got those injections and they trying everything in their power to make sure they look proportionate. There's no way you gotta got your tits done and not your ass, AND be a young black chick, with tats (in this generation). Attention whoring at it's best.

If it work$ for them, fuck it.

It is obvious that they had their ass done. My premise was never about them having work. I was just talking about not being able to gain muscle by doing the same thing daily in such a high volume with little to no load.

They were working out like that for the 300 movie. 8 hours a day training, your body will definitely develop muscle. Those asses are fake, and we're in here arguing about muscle gains. We know those chicks are full of shit. 2000 squats a day? They should be dunking from the foul line working out like that.
