They need to have heavy loads, proper nutrition and rest. Squatting everyday is not beneficial, and we don't know their loads. Are they doing bodyweight? What is their rep count? Are they using loads with a kettlebell, dumbbells or barbells? These are real questions to ask. What is their diet like? You have to eat for your body.

If I do bodyweight pushups 8 FUCKING HOURS a day every day - being conservative- within 2 months I'm going to have an more developed upper body just due to all the reps I put in pushing my body off the floor....for 8 HOURS. Example: cats locked up and dudes who work out on playground equipment- those pull ups add up. Same rule applies to squats...that those hoes are not doing 8 HOURS A DAY.

If they aren't taking anything them it can take several years of consistent training to make good gains especially in the leg area which are muscles that can easily be overused
