One of things I find interesting as a student of history is how you'll find nary a person supporting some stupid, evil, bullshit in retrospect. Look at those old Civil RIghts photos, most of those CACs won't claim they were the grotesque persons protesting Ruby Bridges for eg. Hell, you'll be hard pressed to find a descendant of those furious, evil folks in the pictures taking up for their continued bullshit in 2025. Folks either find their moral imaginations TODAY or it's all a pretense. It's like that canard about folks protesting every injustice except the one happening right NOW.
It's always been the same on this stuff. Find someone who was around FOR "Operation Iraqi Freedom" or "Operation Enduring Freedom" etc today. Nada, they don't exist apparently, people are fundamentally dishonest about this stuff.
