Naw man. I've always thought that the most likely scenario for the slimy summadabitch is for him to resign on Jan 5th and Pence to pardon him. But, that only covers Federal crimes. Biden or Pence ain't got shit to do with STATE crimes like lying on loan applications, etc. I don't even know if Cuomo could turn him loose (not that I think he would).
