Seems like her major addiction issues have been going on for awhile, as there's been years worth of photos (ex-wife).
I'm not sure what his status is re: health / addiction. I remember seeing him briefly on 1 or 2 reality series years back and he looked like he was on HGH / steroids and had plastic surgery work done. It was a sharp contrast to the years everyone knew him as the chill westcoast surfer dude-type actor.
