Don't get enough rest. Relaxation is hard for me to measure since I feel most comfortable when in conflict (Family Court Case, Engineering problems and learning a difficult subject). Renewal is number 1, no?

wow that is good but i found that having a relationship with the GOD of the universe is most for-filling you must have him in the equation most of you on this board will read this but not understand this beause of your youthfulness because this learning comes only with experience meaning life is full of experience and you will come to find that you are not alone there are forces much greater than youself thats at YOU GOT TO LIVE TO GET OLD..
