So this trend of course is prominent in the world of Hip Hop. Hopefully some of the people listed can come to a reconciliation and get back to making great music.

Jay-Z and Dame Dash: Death of a dynasty. Even after three years, I’m still in shock over this one.
RealTalkNY: Damn these two built a dynasty and made millions together. Who would of seen this coming, they was like Batman and Robin. But as time goes on egos collide and people change.

Pete Rock & CL Smooth: One of the first producer/emcee combo groups of its time. Creative differences in the studio ultimately contributed to the breakup.

Fugees: The group failed to reform after the success of Lauryn’s The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. And now in 2007, it looks like the critically acclaimed group might never get back together.
RealTalkNY: Success tore this group apart. Lauryn Hill lost it after her debut album and the group never recovered. To this day they still can’t get it together.
