New york having the most black business isnt a surprise. Memphis having the highest percentage over Atl and dc at 27.2 was interesting. The key to getting the black unemployment rate down is self employment. And once your established hire your unemployed brother!!:yes::yes:

This is hard to believe as I would think that I would see at least 10% of these businesses in the open field. I could check directories and various business organizations in these areas, and I wouldn't be able to get close to that amount for either city...
 
Increase successful black business increase black power.

Is the south better then the north for black businesses??
 
One important point is that there are not enough Black owned businesses in the USA. One thing we have to instill in our children is that they must become masters of their own destiny and not depend on corporate america for a career. When you are an employee you have no control over decisions that are made in the ivory tower.
 
I would like to know the type of businesses....... also how many people does the business employ.
