Just attended the smallest funeral ever over the weekend of a cousin who lost her dad. Dude had 4 kids and only two attended and organized it while the other two were like deuces.

Circumstances and life dictates this. My dad was the best dad but he lives alone. He's well taken care of but lives alone. He has three of us, one is deceased and two live overseas. He enjoys living around his siblings rather than coming to the U.S. to live. I have many more stories of super parents who live alone.

He must have been very poor. Besides, I've never understood why people care about how many people attended your funeral as if you care. LOL.
It's quite easy to plan a dignified exit for yourself regardless of the crowd attendance.
