In these days of sugarcoating things, this job application may come across as too honest. All bosses would like to write this but know it’s also a way not to get anyone to apply….I think som times you just have to call a spade a spade….I wonder if this person served in the military. I thought the same. In his business (butcher), people will always come and go and probably a minimum wage gig. Now if this was silicone valley type business, shiiiit, them overachievers will go above and beyond.
