Tony Snow says "Black Underclass is the most dangerous thing in our lifetime"

I find it interesting that Snow doesn't call out the corporations who peddle selfdestruction hypnotic bullshit to the masses or the media conglomerates who peddle it or the white legislators who ultracriminalize drug abusers who are non-violent and hurt few beyond themselves while middle-class crank and powder cocaine( who are mostly white) abusers get off easy
