The Spider-Man 3 star was not impressed when a fan tried to snap him while he returned to his Paris hotel.

Tobey deftly reaches out to hit his arm out of the way in a speedy move that Spidey himself would be proud of.

He said "don't touch me dude" before delivering the killer jab.

I doubt whether the fan thought Tobey was such a superhero.
