TMZ has a big post of T.O. selling his Georgia home for 694K, stating that he listed it for 1.5 million. They clowned him for selling it for less than half of what he wanted for it.

Well according to Zillow.com, he had it built for 179,500 in 1998. That's the equivalent of a little over 248K today with inflation.

I say the man came up! He got an extra 446K in the deal.

On another note, the crib is fresh. I know it's Lithonia, but I would have dropped 700K on that crib any day!7700 square feet, large pool, indoor basketball court, workout room, in-home theater.

Take a look at the pics! You can get a lot for the low in Atlanta!

it depends I'm sure he spent couple hundred grand on renovations, so its hard to tell if he made a profit

when i was playin ABA ball in Atlanta,.....we actually had practice at his house one day.....lol. the shit is nice.
Kelly Price stays in that same subdivision.

No way that house only cost 180K to be built

OP, ask yourself, truly ask yourself, do you think he only has $649K in that property? That court and building alone is another $100K easy. Look at the pool, that construction by itself is another $50k+. We haven't even gotten into the interior remodeling yet. TO would be lucky to break even on his home with renovations. At $649K, he's not making NO money vs what he put in. NONE.

Been to his house numerous times. Maybe he spent 100 something thousand to have the house built initially, but he added that gym, the pool, and he has a beach with sand added to the back. He spent well over 500,000 easy. I would estimate he had a least a mil in it.

i coulda swore he put his house up for sale back in 08 or 09 for $4 million. now that white crib across the street from his with the glass bricks going along the side of the garage is hard.

nah....Lithonia is actually one of the nicest. the subdivision i stayed in when I lived there had homes ranging from 180k - 700k
I imagine those homes are big as shit.
I gotta head down south.
Which are tha middle class black areas in ATL metro????
Is Stone Mountain Black middle class????

Stone Mt and Lithonia going down hill fast thats why the property values not rebounding.. all the niggas from the projects that got knocked down using there section 8 vouchers out there to rent houses.

depends on what part of St. Mountain. Hidden Hills is nice, as well as Watersedge, Mountain Oaks and Smoke Rise areas of Stone Mountain.
I actually lived right across the street from the Watersedge subdivision.
