No, he's right. Property ownership is easier. Having an LLC is a process and not everyone wants to or knows how to start a business. Anyone can own property and everyone who can, should.
He is 100% correct. There is a direct correlation between land ownership and wealth.. You need to be passing land down to your seed.
Not illegal at all. 60% of the loan must go to payroll. Which leaves 40% of the total received to be used as a business purchase of land. You can't get a ppp loan unless you are a business. We know people are not doing all the right things with the money. We only know of the fools who got caught going extra ham buying Bentleys and Rolex watches. You could easily buy a distressed property and put it under your company as an asset and rent it out listing the profit as other or investment or non-traditional revenue.
