Due to the nature of socialization, they will hire and associate with persons with similar dispositions and quality; the persons of greater quality and positive dispositions will be purged. Remember, education is not a factor. They can have all of the education in the world or they can have no education at all. What is important is quality and disposition of the person. They will not be able to associate with people who may be more capable than they are.
