Description: Thoth is an unusual god. Though some stories place him as a son of Ra, others say that Thoth created himself through the power of language. He is the creator of magic, the inventor of writing, teacher of man, the messenger of the gods (and thus identified by the Greeks with Hermes) and the divine record-keeper and mediator.

That's exactly what the "powers that be" want you to do. They want this information to be associated with the likes of him( just like the Heaven's Gate cult), so when these guys do something stupid this knowledge is ridiculed and trivialized along with the person(s) involved.

A text entitled The Emerald Tablets of Thoth-The-Atlantean has been claimed to have been translated by a man named Doreal. The introduction claims them to be written by an Atlantean Priest-King named Thoth, who settled a colony in Egypt after Atlantis sunk. Doreal further claims the texts are 36,000 years old. RAEL and DOREAL .. I got them confused..
But I know its NOT an ANCIENT TEXT. Its like the Kybolian.
Its based on Ancient Principles but its not an actual ancient text.

Yeah, that connection is slept on quite a bit. So is the belief that he went to the Americas after being banished/exiled out of Egypt by his brother and took on the name Quetzacoatl

Quite possibly the second smartest of the Gods after his father of course. Knew the secrets of life, death and reserrection.

Hmm ... That might explain the bucket symbols in the Sumerian artwork of Ningishzidda. Aquarius = Water Bearer

Im saying THOTH, TEHUTI Hermes or what ever you want to call him NEVER WROTE anything!
He never really existed.
He is just a personified form of a creative force in Nature.

The "Original" Tablet is really just 1 Tablet long, not 13 as the Doreal Translation.and it is not from Ancient Khem.

I never said it never had any value but at the same time, dont think Ole IBIS HEAD wrote this HIMSELF.

I'm reading the Kybalion now. That shit makes way more sense in explaining the laws of existence and the universe than any religious text out there. I got this movie called What the Bleep? and quantum physicists are just discovering what the book talks about to be valid. It is believed that Hermes was an Atlantean. I believe that because there are mad lost civilizations under water. This ain't some shit made up recently either, because the Kybalion was published in 1912.

Also, how can the age of Aquarius be 2012 when an age is 2,150 years long. Shouldn't the age of aquarius be in 2150?
 
Interesting. But without corroborating sources we should not jump to conclusions. That is why Clarke, Williams, Diop, Van Sertima were and are so powerful. They did extensive research before publishing their findings. Never rushing to judgement. Just remember, that's been a tool of whitey for ages; show you something that seems so good and makes so much sense. Only later do you feel the chains...if at all.

actually, studied ancient egyptian culture and religions so i'm already versed in their beliefs in osiris, book of the dead, etc. ancient egyptians practiced a system that was part totemism and ancestor worship but no need to get into all that here. needless 2 say, it's easy 2 c y their system fell to the wayside
