I dont know Haitian politics in the least... but, i would think that if Wyclef has his mind right and his motivations and intentions are true, he is perfect for the job, even with his lack of experience. There is no Haitian better known on the planet... he has business and corporate relationships that he can leverage, like no other haitian... he has been based in and influenced by the Black community in the states -- because of this relationship, he will likely be held to a different kind of (more?)accountability than any other Haitian would or could be...

i'm just sayin... played right, this is an opportunity that has not been seen before... think of the implications of having, in the most literal sense, a hip-hop president... i think it is a great thing -- wrought with landmines as it may be...
