This is why i could NOT be a teacher

I could... shit, I ain't getting injured fucking with these kids. I would let them fight until they got tired or somebody got hurt. Call administration and they got until administration gets their to get it out their systems I ain't breaking up shit...

I think these youngins are too stressed in the Public School system and nobody gives a fuck....its a shame cause it's truly turning into the jail pipeline. Factor in the stress that
may or may not be at home and most of these kids are doomed b4 they start.

75% of them will be in some way charged w/a crime b4 21 yrs of age, 20% will not suffer that fate but never really achieve heights above assistant management or middle management and the very few 5% will get the education they need and be strong enuf to see a higher quality of life.

 That's not a GOOD percentage at all! Public School is a fucking TRAP!:smh:

IDK just my rant so tired of these fucking videos!:smh:;)

Every teacher i know has quit or it trying to. Parents are sending their problems to an 8 hour daycare. Teachers are fed up, and unpaid. No point in risking injury or death for a few more dollars than the janitor.

Man... Fights happen everywhere. Doesn't matter if it is public or a private school. It is just kids are too emotional and lack the sophistication to fight other ways.

Ehh, only in the upper grades. Elementary schools, you won't really have to deal with the brawls. However, in Jr. high and high school where kids are in gangs/cliques, you would have to worry about brawls and weapons.

So to you it's just oh well fuck 'em....and us parents who really give a fuck want better
for OUR tax dollars and our community just need to toughin up huh?...

No matter what you say there is nothing healthy about this type of fighting!

...and yes private schools have their issues but the good ones don't have several videos
showing it all the time before the new year is even here! :smh:

The teachers don't give a fuck and have manipulated their contracts to not have to give a fuck!

Some of you young parents 19-21 better wake up!...and if you got kids think about what type of adults you would like them to be...cause it's on YOU not these Public
Schools who can make the difference as I'm sure you can see.

You said that shit. I am saying the fighting is pretty normal. I didn't say that there shouldn't be anything done, but I know that these things become racialized and our kids are punished more harsh than white kids for engaging in behaviors that most kids do.

I went to private school and there were always fights. I have friends who went to private school and said the same thing. The difference now is that there are cameras everywhere.

I have seen fights in classrooms, but I think that is more of an anomaly than something that happens daily. Usually they fight afterschool or in some secluded area. I get this from my friends who are teachers.

I was just throwing that question out there to be sure you weren't talking out the side of ya neck ...I do respect you reply!

I do agree with your opinion and points!...I just have to speak on how much this shit
really effects education and I'm very much advocating for those children and young
adults that were NOT fighting but still had to eat that stress and negativity...shits
energy and enthusiasm zapping for real!

I keep on saying this but teachers don't get paid enough. They have to deal with 100s of different personalities everyday. Then they have to get them under control, teach them, get them to a good level as well as deal with this bullshit. I've had stressful jobs but being a teacher seems like such a thankless job at times. I know I could never do it.

I am really big on maintaining order and structure in my classroom. Chaos in a class like that is an immediate sign of incompetence on the teacher's part.

Put it like this: I had two 9th grade girls wait until class was over and they were long gone down the hall before getting physical with each other.

Why? They knew better than to let that kind of drama go down in my class.

As a teacher, you have to engage these kids from beginning to end. The keyword is engage. That means your lesson plan is robust to the point you could teach material for more than the allotted time.

A classroom in disorder is a manifestation of a lazy teacher. Inexperience is not an excuse.
