This is what racist pigs do, Black man narrates his own unlawful arrest....

I'm not one to stick up for cops at all. But no one knows the context of this video aka why they are trying to detain him. Also if he would have complied he would not have been forcefully removed from his vehicle. They tell you to get out, just get out. Because like it or not, either you're gonna get out yourself or you're gonna be removed. If it was an unlawful arrest then fight that shit in court and get your coins, but otherwise you setting yourself up for a resisting charge, if not more.

Didn't miss anything, he gave him a warning. Yes it was ill-worded, but he clearly stated I'm giving you a chance to do what I'm asking or you're gonna get your ass kicked. (mind you he was detained and no actual ass kicking occurred from what was heard at the end of the video). The guy decided he's not going to comply so what happened? I mean, 2+2 equals 4 man..

It's not difficult to just do what you're asked to do, whether you're being profiled or not. Because when you don't comply and you resist, you lose all ability to fight it in court and collect that check. Instead you have to worry about the charges you now have on your record while the police department stands with their cop doing everything in accordance of the law. Again, we don't know what the guy may have done before the video. The cop may have been completely within his right to detain him. Threats or not.

You need to delete this reply, take time to clear your mind then watch the video from beginning to end, at absolutely no point did these fucks behave professionally, at no point did they indicate a crime had occurred, at no point did they say he had expired tags or simply write him a ticket for doing so, cop or no cop breaking an entering into a vehicle is a felony in most states, the 4th amendment is supposed to protect against such bullshit, but most states have reworked it to shadow the 14th amendment, by due process, so you are correct by the status quo of states but way off by the constitution of the united states.. I could go on and on...but take a minute and really watch that shit!

Then think was all this over a expired tag?

What cop gives you until the count of three to arrest you lawfully!!!!

I guess you have a different idea of a police officer than I do, threatening a citizen with violence is not serving the public. The pig was a racist bully, and you defend that.

I dont give a fuck about context, that cop clearly has anger issues, or was experiencing roid rage.

You have a lot of nerve knowing your rights...lol

Plus the bruh was ingenious he turned police procedure

To try and get more charges added to arrest..

To exposing unlawful behavior...

If of course he isn't a wanted "felon"...

Just bases on video alone..

That man was assaulted...

And if he is clean

That video is going to get him a decent settlement.....

First off.....comply. Comply then take the video to court. DO NOT instigate the issue. If he wants you out of the car, then get out of the car after stating BLAH BLAH BLAH once or twice. Take him to court. You don't want to be hardheaded and not even make it to court.

I think you missed the part where the pig threaten violence against him...
thank you!!!

watch the vid ,the guy clearly said what are you pulling me over for or sometihng like that.plus man we need a hand check lol.

maybe he wa afraid for his life brah.i mean all these white cops you wouldnt be afraid?hand check for you too .its some hidden white folks on this board lol.no disrespect but both of yall comments is sus.

I always remember the fugees' line "probable cause got flaws like dirty draws"
the cops can always go that route. I saw somewhere they said the thought the smelled weed. probably a lie, but it's all they need. Then they can be all in your shit.
So I think it's better to comply then get them after the fact. dude was already filming. comply and make a case.
as for the cop yeah he was a dick, but he also give dude a chance and said he could bring his camera too.
I don't see this one going too far

man I think we all are on edge with cops, every time we see a white cop go at a black man, it's gonna stir up hurt. but I don't think what they said is unreasonable or cacing.
we all know cops will up and shoot you if you comply or if you don't, my thinking is, do you best to come out the situation alive

Video Of Cop Violently Snatching Black Driver Out Of Car Sparks Investigation

A traffic stop made by a Virginia State trooper in 2019 has caused outrage as video footage from the encounter shows him violently snatching a Black driver from his vehicle.

According to WWBT, officer Charles Hewitt is on camera forcibly grabbing Derrick Thompson out of his car during a traffic stop in Fairfax. The whole incident began because the officers involved said they smelled marijuana in the vehicle. However, drugs were never found.

Although the clip was recorded by Thompson on his phone last year, it’s now getting more attention since police brutality has, once again, been placed in the national spotlight due to the deaths of people like George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. Thomas has now secured an attorney and they are calling for action to be taken against the officer.

“Take a look at me. I’m a f*cking specimen right here buddy,” Trooper Hewitt says in the video with other officers surrounding Thompson’s car.

“Sir, my hands are up. I’m in no threat to the officer,” Thompson replies.

“You’re going to get your ass whooped in front of f*cking Lord and all creation,” Hewitt said.

“They just illegally opened my car and I’m being forcibly removed,” Thompson continues in the video. He was traveling to work at the time. At one point in the video, Hewitt even unbuckles Thompson’s seat belt, clearly preparing for his removal.

The back-and-forth between Hewitt and Thompson eventually escalated, with Hewitt counting down, “One, two, watch the show folks.” This is when Hewitt snatches Thompson from the car. The video footage didn’t catch what was going on outside the vehicle.

“How do you like that mother f*cker? How do you like that?” Hewitt says off-camera in the video.

“I’m not resisting…Get off my neck sir, you are harming me,” Thompson is heard saying.

“How do you like that mother f*cker? How do you like that?” Hewitt says off-camera in the video.

“I’m not resisting…Get off my neck sir, you are harming me,” Thompson is heard saying.

Watch the video below.

“He appears to be enjoying himself,” explained Attorney Joshua Erlich, who is representing Thompson. “He had lacerations to his head that were bleeding profusely. He also had some injuries to his legs…He asked several times for medical treatment and did not receive it.”

Despite drugs not being found in the car, Thompson was convicted of obstructing justice.

Hewitt has now been placed on leave and now, more than a year after the incident occurred, the state police said it is launching a criminal investigation.

“The VSP in April 2019 weren’t wearing body cameras so if Mr. Thompson had not created this video, there would be no record…I don’t know if we would’ve gotten the same reaction a year ago…We’re seeing much more accountability from law enforcement,” Erlich said.

yeah, bro, it's all a bunch of racist bullshit.

I dont give a fuck about context, that cop clearly has anger issues, or was experiencing roid rage.

Never said the cop wasn't guilty of being an asshole. I'm speaking on the part of the driver. You know the current climate, you see that the guy is being a dick, just get out the car and continue to record what's happening. Cop gave him ample time to remove himself. Like I said earlier, just get out and sue later if you did nothing wrong.

My point was we do not see what happened before the cop had his hand already in the window trying to unlock the car. We don't know what the conversation was, if he was asked numerous times to get out (which I believe occurred and the driver refused which is why the cop forcibly opened the door himself to remove him). I don't think people get that I'm not condoning the behavior or speech of the cop, but in a situation where a cop is telling you get out the car, either one thing is gonna happen, you're gonna get dragged out and get a resisting arrest and/or obstruction charge or you're gonna get out the car on your own, let them do what they do, then be on your way with evidence to file a suit at a later date.

Exactly, over nothing. Which leads to my original point that had he just got out the car in the first place, all of the extra shit in the situation would have been avoided and he would have had his video evidence of being profiled, an illegal car search, and possible illegal detainment.
