I have to try that one day. I'm not a big bread eater. However, from time to time I'll get some patty and coco bread. If we don't finish them all there will a left over coco break. Two days later that bread harder than a rock. At which point I would put the hard coco bread in a boiling hot steamer for about a minute or a minute and a half. Then when it comes out it's nice and steamed it's as though it's fresh baked.
