Can anyone explain any reasonable rationale why there would be a city policy preventing them from rendering aid.

Btw, during the Amber Guyger case I learned to apply certain conditions to try to determine if I felt something was above ground.

If this was say….a five yo white kid…..20 yo white white kid….50 yo…

What about a 12 yo blond white girl…..do u think they stand around making jokes.

What of a 12yo black girl….20 to black boy….

You know damn well they wouldn't have sat there and did anything especially laugh and joke while a 12 year old white girl would be laying there bleeding to death. Like you said it wouldn't have mattered the age, if they were white they would have tried to save them. Smh!
