Those police were pretty patient. In New Orleans, esp in the French Quarter, they really don't have time for bullshit. If the guy was asked to leave the establishment and he refused, he is now guilty of trespassing. Those police had every single right to use the necessary force to resolve the situation. And word to the wise, never believe what a drunk person says.
And the other video with the guy being hit by the baton, .... how many of you have been in the French Quarter during Mardi Gras??? Drunk assholes are everywhere and when a person gets into a scuffle with a cop who is armed, it is necessary to subdue that individual and restrain them for personal and public safety.
If you're ever in New Orleans in the French Quarter and a cop tells ya to move or chill out - just do it. Most of the po-pos down there are cool but if you wanna be an asshole, you'll have a shit load of problems ahead of you.

1. This nig#*)@ was doing praying mantis / snake moves when they walked in!
2. When he was in the bathroom he yelled out some bullshit, tossed water at the cops, and his hand went into a praying mantis move!
3. In the beginning while the cops were calling back up, he slid across the seat to get up ... that shit must have scared the cop because he said "chill out man".

this is why i hate fuckin cops, they walk into a fuckin bar and start ordering a drunk man around. its obvious hes drunk and isnt going to listen to ur orders. iv been in situations at parties and other such events when dudes start getint a little to drunk and start actin a fool and not once was i unable to kick dude out the party without using force. its all about words, not pepper spray or tazzers. now if the situation gets out of hand thats when u use the force. notice how everything was coo and under control at the beggining but as soon as that first cop sprayed him FOR NO FUCKING REASON all hell broke lose
