Any Russians on the board? Or, any folks familiar with the requirements to drive are?

Seems like folks just get in a car and go with no regard for surroundings or safety.

Clearly there is only one speed and that's as fast as you can go.

Probably a bunch of non licensed teenagers and young adults and general dummies all around.
