The united states postal service has introduced a new fleet of next generation delivery vehicles (ngdvs) designed by oshkosh defense. these mail trucks are equipped with advanced safety systems, including 360-degree cameras, automatic emergency braking, and collision avoidance systems. usps is slated to purchase 60,000 of them in the coming years at a cost of around $10 billion.

I have seen one and they are not that bad looking in person. In fact the workers love them. They even have AC. Most of the postal workers have said they run a whole shift and will only go down to 40% or so. That's with the AC blasting. They are able to be locked when they are not around the vehicle with the AC on.
