The Truth About DEI

This is the truth, and always has been, the majority of funds in foodstamps goes towards whites.
But, it does not stop Republican politicians from using rhetoric in attempting to shift blame to us to
make us out to be the bad guy.

You are half right, but I think that democrats intentionally use black people as the face of DEI to try to promote some destructive ideals of progressivism such as feminism, sexual deviancy, and postnationalism .

While using us to make DEI look "just", they sneak homos, white women, and foreigners into the slots.

At the same time, racists make us the butt of the jokes because talking about faggot whites and weird whites who want to "identify" as something else is forbidden.

The same mockery was done with Affirmative Action for years.

This is how whites enriched themselves for decades.

It is a bait and switch. For a long time, I felt that our Civil rights needed a hard-line fence for it to be about respecting the
individual and not impeding rights based on how we came into the world physically... IE the often ill defined race angle.

The funny thing is how white men who are or claim to be gay benefit by "DEI" more than Black men and women benefit as a whole
which the sister in the link discusses. I said ill-defined earlier regarding race because things like the 1 drop rule was terrible.
If reparations or 40 acres were ever realized, whites with some low percentage would be lined up in line before us.

Dei, Affirmative Action, and most govt programs never benefitted us. I never been hire thanks to those programs nor have friends or family members. The lbgt black people have not benefitted from that shit either it always goes to the pale skin people. Affirmative Action has been a blessing to white women and gay white ppl for the longest. For the few only black set-asides; them shit are crumbs and usually are short lived. Now days if there is a black only program them pale skin muthafuckaz will hit that shit with a lawsuit like back in 2020 when Uber Eats gave funding to Black Owned Restaurants.

I will say this again;white women love to talk about discrimination and sexism but ignore their history. They benefited from the slave trade and they were just as brutal just like their men but nobody wants to say that shit. On top of making false allegation towards black men that continues to go on.

They want the power but the responsibility of their men.

Let's not forget that white women earn more money and get promoted more often than black men and women.

MacKenzie Scott has sold nearly half of her stake in Amazon, as the billionaire philanthropist casually donates over $110 million to DEI causes

With a $32 billion estimated net worth, Scott obtained most of her wealth after divorcing Bezos in 2019 and has pledged to give away the majority of her wealth. After ending up with about 4% of the tech giant, she’s given away $19 billion in gifts to more than 2,000 nonprofits over the past five years. Since their divorce, Amazon shares have more than doubled.

…Scott’s no stranger to philanthropy. The median gift size of the thousands of donations she’s made since her 2019 divorce is roughly $5 million—and many of her recent philanthropic efforts have been to DEI causes.

One of her most recent donations include a $42 million gift to 10,000 Degrees, a Bay Area nonprofit expanding college access for low-income and largely non-white students.

This was on top of her recent $70 million gift to historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) through the non-profit UNCF. The program, launched in 2o21, aims to help HBCUs close a funding gap compared to white or elite institutions, aiming to provide long-term financial stability and a permanent revenue stream for minority schools.

Over the years, other diverse causes the billionaire has donated to range from a $84 million gift to Girl Scouts, $20 million to Vermont’s Champlain Housing Trust, $436 million to Habitat for Humanity, and $275 million to Planned Parenthood. She also previously gave UNCF $10 million in 2020.

Signing the Giving Pledge in 2020—a philanthropic initiative founded in 2010 by Bill Gates, Melinda French Gates, and Warren Buffett—her donations have so far outpaced many of her peers. The median gift size of the thousands of donations she’s made since her 2019 divorce is roughly $5 million.
