The rising cost of eggs

Stop buying all the high priced shit and the price will come down. Almond milk, eggs, ginger beer, avocados are just a few on my "i ain't buying that price gouged shit" list.

The consumers have all the power.

Avocado prices are definitely all over the map.

I usually buy a bag of 6 when I can get them for $2.50 - 3.50.

I've seen some grocery stores selling 1 for $3 ... wtf?

I've seen other stores selling a bag of 6 from anywhere in the $2.50 - 7.00 range over the years.

Em mofos are over $10 a bag of 5 at costco. They were $5. This the same shit that happened with gas prices.

Oh and I've been saying fuck Halloween for about 3yrs now. Fucking candy prices are insane.

I usually pick up a dozen-and-a-half eggs from Wally World used to be just under two bucks but now that shit is over $3.50!

As Americans shift breakfast to home, wholesale egg and orange juice prices soar

Fools yearning for these problems now

Damn. That is expensive.

Funny side note - a year or two back there was a sale at one of the local grocery stores. They have bags of 8 - 9 avocados on for $3.

You would have laughed watching me standing there for a good 2 minutes trying to calculate how many bags I could stock up on ... how to preserve them from ripening too quickly ... how many possible Mexican meals and / or guacamole I could make, etc.

I bought 2 bags and immediately went home and made LOTS of guac, haha. Stocked up on tortilla chips too, lol. One bag was more ripened.
