Of course a republican president has never done this.

Call me a republican because I agree with them...

Obama has been imposing too much government on us.

1) EVERYONE needs to pay their fair share of taxes and one group shouldn't have to pay more of the burden. EVERYONE whether you make $1.00 per year or $100,000,000 per year should have to pay the same tax rate. People shouldn't have to pay more because they are wealthy, or less because they are poor.

2) HealthCare, I support the concept of everyone having healthcare however I don't think that employers should be required to provide the coverage. Employers started providing health insurance as a perk for working at their company and over the years its been expected and then became mandatory. In my opinion the health insurance market should be like the car insurance market but with affordable prices..

It sucks having to fill out new paper work and loose the money you paid into a deductible because you had to switch jobs..

3) The Gun control debate... While AR-15s were used in the recent mass shootings they account for a fraction of all the gun murders that occur in the USA. Most of the gun murders in the USA are from handguns and not AR-15's.. Banning them will not have a significant impact on gun murders.. We have a social problem with deranged young white males and this is something that a piece of legislation can't fix...

4) The Budget...
The administration needs to make some tough decisions on making budget cuts. Bottom line is that we can't keep spending money that we don't have. The country is living above its means.

I think these are reasonable requests but the president has a different point of view...

Well Mr Republican, I see you are not a member of this board. I don't remember seeing any of your posts on anything on this board.

My question to you is, you are so concerned about government over step.. The government impinging, as you see, negatively on your rights. I have not seen your concerned about your parties trampling on the 1st amendment. Limiting and preventing American citizens from lawfully exercises their right to vote. It's easier to get a gun in Texass than it is to vote. Where is your outrage on this unconditional over step?
