My opinion? Mike Brown isn't going no where this is Jim's guy. Now lets say something crazy happens. Nate McMillan would be the likely choice.

Phil aint coming back to the Lakers.
He and Jim Buss dont get along.
OKC reupped with Brooks so he wont be going there. Miami had given Spo a 2 year extension and they just won a championship. So its likely he will be reupped as well.
Knicks reupped Woodson. He told the Magic no.
There are not many teams that I could see him coaching.

Brown is in for the long haul. He's a player's guy, very defensive minded, and actually a really good coach. He's never had a complete package of a team before, and this should be he year. Phil is not interested in coaching anymore, and with the current state of the NBA, I doubt he will ever return unless Stern is gone.
Complete package? That is pure bullshit he won a lot of games and then flamed out in the playoffs.
Not gonna argue with you, but last I checked....a coach don't dribble the ball up and down the court.
