The real history behind tipping is surprisingly racist.

It is strange how some things start and are then covered up with illusions.One of the reasons why the world is so sick now. The sickness is covered up to make a trap for fools. Case in point our programming to worship war or suffer being different and the white house materializing and the attack to destroy any idea or goal of a black house.

Black Original Nation building a nation for blacks here in the dirty south. If not now, when? If not us, then who?
 
Interesting and good points. Unfortunately, the reality is the tipping system is going no where. The standard in a restaurant is 15% and if the server is particularly good 20% or more.

The very few restaurants that don't allow tipping in favor of a regular wage often have battles between the shifts. For example those that work busier hours still make make what those on slow shifts make. Everyone can't be happy.

I do agree that being able to pay a certain industry less than others is not cool. We could go on.

And yes the sister in the video is worth the time and money.
 
The problem is that this system has become so ingrained that ending it would hurt workers more than perpetuating it.
