No, this is not a lawsuit, especially if she threw something first.
I always found this scene weird. There have to be better chicken places in ATL than Popeyes. It's like seeing a Philly person hype about Pat's or Genos.

What else would you expect from a fast food joint that is literally named after a drunk sailor with a quick-trigger temper who fought all the time?
...Ummmm... when did Popeye ever drink? The only thing I ever remember seeing poured into his mouth was spinach .
