Yeah man.....and it also reflects how much control the media has over the narrative of the election process. Big Media is always shaping, leading and influencing public opinion about candidates and defining the boundaries of discussion.

Haha....it does seem pretty well coordinated. I think the reality of it is a little less machivellian though. Big Media is a business after all.......ratings only come in when theres a compelling story.
The story doesn't have to be all that accurate and as long as enough people are parroting the same line everybody can point the blame at someone else if the cat gets out of the bag. Think Iraq.
Like VegasGuy I don't doubt that the Clinton's are planting some seeds out there but all candidates are doing that. Sadly....I think her campaign is doin a lot better than Obama's when it comes to setting the agenda.

I don't think so...they won't allow America to look bad because if that happens (hopefully not) America's foreign policy will take an even bigger blow than what Bush has helped inflict. Civil rights came about because Luther lead a non-violent campaign which resulted in violence towards them. It made America look like a racist country and its a country that prides itself on freedom...I don't think Presidential security will allow America to look bad
