The funny thing is, I stlll see women who think their shit doesn't stink at age 40 and beyond...younger men will get with them...:confused:

Nice guys can't admit that there is something wrong with them that prevents women from hooking up with them. Its just like church women and how they can't admit there is something wrong them.

A lot of nice guys are too ugly, uptight, boring, or broke. Women don't love getting treated like shit. They are willing to go through shit to be a guy they think is attractive, made, funny, or cool. The same can be said for dudes that go through shit because a chick has a fat ass or something.

Some women truly believe that the man I described exist. The hard working honest brotha seems lame because he keeps his circle of friends small and instead of watching BET (106 & Park) he has the channel on CNN money. The real man also does not sit there and tell her how pretty she is and "special" she is 24 hours a day(game). A real man does not tell her all those things because he loves her for who she truly is...and that is a human being who has flaws. But in her world she don't have flaws because after all "She Is Special"

Well women definitely are cheating just as much or even more than men now(especially thanks to the internet and cell phones) so something is up.

The good men are still around, but many of them are a bit messed up by all the contra messages that
are being pushed on them. First off you are going to define exactly what is a good man to you.
Next off, you better come up with a reason why that good man should want anything to do with you.

There is a saying about buying the cow when the milk is free.
Many women have been encouraged to explore their sexuality while young and then settle down a
bit later in life. Of course they are sleeping with the men they find the most attractive.
The problem is, if most of the women want "The Bachelor" he really does not have to actually bother
choose any "one" of them to settle down with. So the women bitterly complain about how no good
men are available and they "graciously" decide to lower their standards to the guys they turned their
noses up to now that those men have a little money in the bank, etc.

The thing is, no one wants to feel like they are just the alternate choice.
And, now that the women are aging, often rapidly, but there are these fresh pretty young women
who want to take advantage of an older man's experience (and lets face it, his money) the odds
are getting worse for these ladies.

So, what to do?
Well, first off you are going to have to get your "sisters" to stop sleeping around like you did. Oops.
Good luck with that, but you can certainly influence some of them.

Next, you are going to have to start looking past the physical. Yes, we know you ladies SAY you
don't care, but then I hear the same stuff about the "McDreamies" of the world and know its BS.

Teach your younger sisters to date the guys that actually study in school, get a job, and keep their
promises.

Teach them to avoid the jocks that nail any girl that lets them (I'm sure there are some good
guys among them, but odds are ....).

Stop hooking up and start actually dating. And yes, this means NEVER have the one night stands and only look out for quality relationships.

Start talking to the guys who have been beat up with all the threats of sexual harassment to the point
they won't even think of going near you in a work environment.
Start respecting the wedding ring. If he is wearing one, back off.
Start believing the guy when he says he will never want to get married.
Stop testing men with stupid things to see if he can handle you.
Stop expecting a man to read your mind.
Sop looking to the Khardasian, the Lindsey Lohans, and the Paris Hiltons as role models.
You are not them any more than the average guy is George Clooney.

Of course all this translates to simply being a good person yourself, someone who actually deserves
a good guy. But for some of you, that's going to simply sound like too much work and you would rather
take your chances with getting the lap band, a face lift, and some store bought breasts.
