I've had a tv without a remote but since I was a kid every tv had a remote and it might not of worked but it had one.
The big wooden floor model tvs that matched with the entertainment system,now thinking back that shit took up so much room then came the big back bulb projector tv's.
my grandma had the cable thing you had to slide it to get the cable channels....I don't know the name of the damn thing
