Which isn't new and black people still are where they are.

you know what I think is different now (well at least hope is)? There is a growing trend about taking responsibility for your actions across America, not just in the black communities.

see...it can be hard for you to tell the black community to take responsibility for this and that when the surrounding greater society does not encourage that type of behavior

hopefully those brave people will continue to speak, and the surrounding society will continue to grow in the direction of taking responsibility for its actions as a whole and individuals to the point that our community will start being in motion and start to make progress. i want us to get the ball rolling to the point that if the rest of the country stops, were still going b/c the train has already left the station :D
