Sorry for the delay. My mom was ill and I had to take a second to make sure she was well and stable. Finally was able to get back and finish up issue #3. This ish answers a few questions from issue #2 and takes the characters a lil' bit further on their "ass adventure". Holla at me, let me know what you think!
Peace Dray!

Oh, and thanks for all the prayers while my moms was down!
(Also be on the look out, the actual books should be hitting comic shops middle of this year...stay tuned and support ya boy!)

Yea, Yea, I know. My email box runneth over with all the issue #3 questions. Folks thought I gave up! LOL! Naw. But when My mom got sick, I needed to leave my house every morning and sit with her. So I was busy drawing on her kitchen table (Like I did when I was a lil kid) for about the last two months. I ended up adding all the software I needed on my laptop so I could do the digital side over at her house....but I finally got it wrapped! Enjoy!

Great stuff man, gonna have to print these out, reading them on the PC sucks on my eyes

and be careful for using faggot, or the out of control gay agenda will shut you down

any plans to get this published or in the future getting this animated, this would defiantely be popular enough

...real talent, right here...congrats on your start.

nice to see stories from the black hand side, too.

thanks a bunch. just trying to have fun with it.
Dray, no bullshit, you oughta try to pitch this as a new Adult Swim show on Cartoon Network. It's definitely as worthy of TV exposure as The Boondocks is from what I've seen so far. Your comic is str8 comedy with touches of harse relationships realism. Issue #3 cracked me up with that old stripper. Seems like some shit Cole from "Martin" would do.

I was thinking the same thing 100x over.

I like the way thinks play out in this comic. Do you write the story out first or make it up as you go?

been waitin for this. THANKS!

Just finished reading it and all i could say is "DAMN". Good fuckin story. Waitin for Issue 4.

Just got 2 Questions.

Who's the inspiration for Milk and Giblets?
and
And is "Trey" based on you and is this your life?

Sorry. just read your initial post. Hope all is well with your mother.

Actually I write all the scripts out myself before I draw a thing. It's loosely based on everything I've seen in the last 12 years of my life. It's not so much based on my life. Even though each of the characters have a little bit of me in them. I got tired of drawing super heros and cyber women and decided to tell stories about being young and growing up. Basically being a dog and how people aren't really bad or good, we just make some crazy decisions in our lives.

Rasheed says things that I've felt myself sometimes. While Trey is very whishy washy, yet self serving when he wants to be.

I write a script, then I do my thumbnail pages. Draw on 11x17 board, ink them, scan them, shade them and then do the letters....EVERY ONE can relate to these stories. Even the white fans suck it up!

YO

This is great I have been waiting for the next issue for a min now.
I agree with some of the other posters this is ready for TV either animated or real.

The storyline is so easily identifible with a part of everybody's life. I have a partner who is just like the Rasheed character it is uncanny

Keep doing what you do

RESPECT!!!!

much props bro. Not hard to see you have alot of talent. keep doing ya thing, wish ya moms the best health. peace

My prayers to you and family brother.

And...you have CRAZY TALENT!!! That was BANGING!!! I'm forwarding to all my friends. One comment---have you ever thought of jazzing up the part in the intro that shows "Created By"? I think that's an opportunity for you to project your name in a "funkier" way---create a brand label for yourself that will "draw" (no pun intended) even more people to you. The power of symbols... I just thought the soulful intro and artistry was thrown off a bit with the "Arial Times Romans-esque" font...just my plink, plink.

1ne

"Pockets swell, cuz well equipped with the ill firearm
You trip? Kill the beef quick like Hillshire Farms"

Yea, man. I actually ended up throwing the ending together without embedding the font that I wanted to use. so I'll take your advice and fix it once i get a chance.

Real talk fam, I used to be a big comic fan but I fell off due to Image Comics dropping the YoungBloods comics. Anyway, with this comic, I am sure to get back on to reading them. These are hilarious. I've just took time and read all three which leaves me anxious to read the fourth installment whenever u release it. Keep up the good work and don't let anyone tell u otherwise!!!! Keep me posted!!!! And when they hit the shelves, let me know because I will support.

P.S. That bitch Alexus reminds me of someone I know. That shit is scary!!!!! :smh:

Drayonis I like to give you props on this, you got mad talent son.

How long have you been doing illustration and how long have you designer web pages?

I've been doing comics for years man. Thanks! Web site stuff for about 8 years. I've worked for some small comic companies around Texas...lots of freelance work as well.
