I was surprised when I realized who it was answering this mailbag. This writer used to be one of the suckers falling for this "why won't he take the test?" nonsense and thinking Floyd really wanted the fight. Only the very naive fall for this and it's great to see that some people actually do wake up and take the blinders off.

Of course it was popular. Look no further than right here. Any thread that mentions Mayweather and Pacquiao gets a lot more attention than any other boxing related topic. Even if two other completely unrelated fighters are the topic, it comes around to "when are they going to fight May/Pac?". Popular doesn't make it relevent.
