Black women should be nowhere near these establishments. They either need to go natural (in the case of the beauty supply shops), order their shit online or go to local vendors.

Damn shit is fucked up, first the obvious of having to work menial fast food but not just fast food the bottom of the barrel fast food, a chinese knock off.I know people got to take work where they can but damn her self esteem is that low, the fact that she took physical abuse without going full sista batshit crazy on dude just blows my mind. 
That piece of shit owner/manager needs his ass beat but I'll be just as satisfied with full charges pressed and a hefty lawsuit.
Glad dude filmed it but her reaction was weird to me, I'm assuming she was in shock, dude put hands on her and she knew the job was over or maybe that shit was normal and Jet Li-ame ass finally got caught.
What's the follow up on this?

How does any of this bullshit = black women being the least protected women in America? A few random chicks getting into it with random Asian dudes in Asian establishments doesn't point to that conclusion at all. It shows that some random Asian dudes and random black chicks sometimes get into it and sometimes somebody films it, and when the opportunity is right, dude will smack a chick.
