They held me for 24 hours and abused me requiring two hospital visits while in there custody. At one point threatening me with a taser while I was restrained in cuffs in a police holding cell.
They eventually charged me with Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing Government Administration, and Smoking (even though I was neither smoking or vaping), but they did not charge me with failure to provide identification as that is not a crime.
I will post copies of the criminal complaint they filed in court later that shows that they lied about the arrest to cover up their corruption.
Plain-Clothes NYPD Sergeant, from TB-30 who recognizes me as the one who embarrassed two of his officers in my video titled "When You Stand Up, They Stand Down", approached me in the same subway station and seeks revenge.
