I think the kickback will be slim who h is what i think they know in advance. Many people don't chase education like that these days so I think they know this is mostly aimed at certain groups.

Also this will probably hurt white women alot since they get alot of these type of jobs as well as Asians. Most these departments got like 1 black person and all Asians and white women.

They probably knew this I think the GOP is pushing a class warfare and in a sense it's kinda successful.

DEI is getting pushback because it ain't what it claims to be. I don't even like Asians, but the shit they do to them is foul. And don't be an Asian man.

Same people who pushed 'stop Asian hate' and called them people of color tend to exclude them or go at them in DEI talks.

Yeah, I'll take the benefits of DEI. I'm no fool. But the hypocrisy and shit they pulling in the name of it won't end well. Pushback will grow and it won't just be coming by cacs. They tend not to tolerate any opinions that they don't cosign.
