Tech question about Internet explorer 7...

Why is it keep shutting down after i have just upgraded to IE7? I click to open and as soon as i go to click on anything on the window it shuts down. Is it a virus or some spyware issues? Anyone have a clue to fixing this shit?

but i couldnt get it to work...and i couldnt find answers on the Microsoft website.
therefore, i had to do a system restore so i could go back to the older version of IE.
i have 3 browsers installed on my PC.
Opera, Firefox, and IE.
but the main one i use is Opera.

Why did you do a system restore? You can uninstall IE7 from Add/Remove Programs. You'll revert back to the last version of IE that you had, which was 6.

Uninstall IE7 and make sure you download it via Windows Updates from the Microsoft website.

if you downloaded that "IE7 PRO" it might have a virus...a LOT of bogus IE7 PROs going around... Use Firefox...its better

my computer already came with the IE7 installed...and the same bullshit happens to me every so often....so I downloaded Firefox...it's a better browser anyway...

thanx fam for the responses. i downloaded this shit from the MS website, i uninstalled and tried it from downloads.com. Both times it kept on acting up.

I had firefox but that shit won't work right with adblock pro among oter things. But i'm gonna try opera.

Sounds like you got to many Anti-virus/spyware programs running.
