Dr Boyce brought up a point about "Black folks paying". Thats seems to be a problem that a lot of Negroes on this board argue about when it pertains to Tariq. I always find those arguments interesting...mainly because the arguments are usually mixed with 90% broke hating niggas , and 10% of Brothas with some validity. You got Brothas on this board who are still bitter about that Dame Dash Breakfast Club interview....so some thing are understoods.
Dr Boyce also made a great point about respect. Sometimes you can get a crazy mofo to listen if you BUILD a respectful relationship with them. Thats something that some folks need to understand before they claim street ninjas thats shootin on the streets aint approachable.
Good point that Dame made about the ALpha Male, confidence, insecurities, etc. I think Dame's issue is more so about his approach. Thats one thing Kanye talked about. Some people cant handle tough love....or the truth. You gotta sugar coat shit for a lot of people now ah days because are weaker and not built for battle. If youre not willing to tone it down some and conform......a lot of folks wont fuck with you. The doors wont be opened; Especially when the weaker/insecure people have the power to turn the knobs.

Yeah, they definitely could have handled the audio better. All three should have been wearing mics, rather than that big boom mike over too of them.
Just seems like Dame has the right message, but he's the wrong messenger.

He's a do nothing no nothing character. I'm disappointed in Boyce for this. Dame is just moving his lips.
Funny thing was when dame was on the Breakfast Club and talk over people and take peoplea shine, DJ Envy could've talked about his real estate side hustle useless he dudnt want people to know or his DJ club appearances and that's entrepreneuial, Charlemagne withhis side dealings and podcast thats entrepreneuial, angela yee got her side thing going on.
.....I think Dame threw them off by dominating the whole format cause he shut that that topic down by dismissing that conversation and direction lol (talk about Rockefella and Jay Z )
Dame has his own talk show by the way. I didnt know he has a spot in North Carolina. He seems knowledgeable and thinks fast on his feet but sometimes it's how you say things not what you say. Anyways it's great his pro- entrepreneuial talks sparks good meaningful conversation and Dr Boyce understand Dame Dash and understands his appriach may come across as too hardcore but Dr Boyce is able to fine tune his message thru his own empowerment business workshops.
