Just wondering how many of you ladies have had it? Is it real or just another western interpretation of eastern mysticism ? well they say that the main requirement of Tantric lovemaking is to make love with your heart, body and soul, now what about health problems?

It's definitely real.
It takes a lot of practice and both partners have to be in sync mentally and physically for it to work.
The best sex I've ever had bar none.
Health problems?
Think of it like this,it's like deep meditation combined with mind blowing out the body experience sex.
If practiced regularly,it would probably improve your health,I can't see how it could hurt it.

my interpretation on it is deep mental sex while being physical. you definately have to be both on the same level to adventure into tantric sex. If you are not you might scare the other person off for being to intense lolll (I recently did that, he couldnt handle it... even though the sex was awesome). Both people have to come into it with deep trust for the other and not have a fear of letting go.

I could talk about this shit all day. I will say this last thing it does eliminate casual sex.

Health Risk... make sure you protected cause you can and will get lost in the session.
