Watching the first episode, so far the episode is nothing like the first season, but still watching it. First season each story had some crazy twisted story, but this just seems like it's dragging, and "normal".

But Draya foine as hell, as well as Lisa Raye, anywho...

I was just expecting something not the norm is my point.
Last season on one episode, you had blacks as all the corrupt cops and whites were the ghetto thugs. Can't remember all the stories, but things were always twisted.

Tonight just seemed 'normal' compared to last season, for lack of a better word.

So just watched it tonight, and umm I'm really looking for some feedback here as to what exactly did I watch.

Happy many are working because of the production, but would like to hear BGOL thoughts so far on this season.

Compared to last season, the first 2 episodes have been ass. The first season they tried to play off the lyrics of whatever song the tale was representing. For example Biggie’s “I Got a Story To Tell”. How in the hell do you make an episode from Migos’ “Slippery” lyrics, when they barely know what the fucc they’re saying? Hopefully they won’t mess up next week’s Mary J. episode and the Geto Boys one.

OK good. The wife, her cuz and I watched it and wanted to make sure I wasn't jumping the gun. Of course I'll watch the rest of the season, but really disappointed that it wasn't more than just this bleh predictable shit.

I gotta find some online reviews of what critics thought of this shit. Smh
