Since a future female track star was brought up today I couldn't neglect to bring this darling up.

The great news is this young woman is now 18 and beautiful. I saw her first run as a ten year old and she DESTROYED the field. She can basically run anything from the 55 to the 800 and all hurdles. Her specialty is the 400 meter hurdles. Her 400 hurdle time would've beaten the Jersey state champ in the straight 400 meter sprint. She was good enough to make the 2016 Olympic team. She'll be big and it doesn't hurt that she's nice to look at.

The New Jersey-born star, who became the youngest ever winner fo the event, trailed Muhammad around the race’s final bend before powering past her to victory.

Amazing race. I've known her since she was 10.
