Suggestions for DSL/broadband provider

I am looking for a new primary DSL/broadband provider. I for the past few months had been using Sprint USB (Sierra Wireless) for my primary for $60 a month - Plug it in use at home & take it with me for my laptop. It was pretty good at home on the desktop & spotty out in the field. It served its purpose well ,until I got my bill last month. Quietly ended unlimited data ,so I am cancelling that.

After falling out with AT&T and its shitty service for home DSL. I looking again for a home service. AT&T is advertising a good deal 12 months ,19.99 etc.

Alot of tech savy dudes on this board. So I am looking to see who do you use & roughly what do you pay. I am looking for solutions maybe I havent thought of possibly.

If you have an android phone/wireless service..you can root it and get free internet off your phone and don't have to pay an extra fee for internet access.
