Steve Fossett Area 51 ?

I'm just wondering if aerial adventurer, billionaire Steve Fossett(sp) who flew over the Nevada desert made a detour from his flight plan and decided to do some unauthorized sightseeing in the Area 51 territory.
Maybe he saw things that was not meant for civilians to see and is detained by that special branch of government for an undetermined length of time.
Or maybe he cut off an UFO in flight and the Alien had a bad case of Air Rage and zapped him and his plane into sand dust.
I'm just being facetious, so don't take me serious guys.

He was searching for a dry lake bed to break a speed record. There are quite a few suitable for such in the area, especially towards groom lake.

There's a few things strange about his situation, especially the absence of the ELT (emergency locator transmitter) beacon. That is a mandatory piece of equipment and it is supposed to alert the pilot when it doesn't work.

There is a strong military presence in Nevada. He was flying near the most notorious military airspace in the U.S. (Nevada Test Range, Tonopah Test Range, Area 51/Groom Lake, Nellis Test Range, etc..). The airstrip he took off from was about 20 miles west of the Navy Undersea Warfare Center in Hawthorne.

I believe that if he crash landed at any of these air strips including Area 51 then he would have been reported found. In the past there has been a few private planes who have successfully made emergency landings at Area 51 and they were escorted out.

There are rumors that a nuke from a B-52 went missing around the same time and the search for Fossett is a cover up for the search for the nuke but that's just a rumor.

Also They discovered a few previously unknown crash sites while searching for him.

There's a lot more to be said about this subject but since this is my first post I'll end it here. Hopefully they'll find him soon or find out what happened to him.

From what some have said the bulk of Area 51 is under ground, so anything that would be viewed as revealing would be located in Area 51 under ground base.


And if he did see something, no amount of money he could provide would save his life.
