To put it frank, Republicans need to do the following:
- Display diversity in their party (90% of the time I see old white men, this needs to change)
- Use those diverse faces to reach out to minorities who may share the same values (which is a very large portion)
- Viscously attack and denounce any and all racism, both in their party and abroad and convey a clear message that racism will not be tolerated or accepted in the Republican party (this needs to be a constant message, conveyed from every Republican public figure, CONSTANTLY).
This isnt going to be the absolute solution, but it will get them moving in the right direction. For the simple fact that most acts of racism a minority experiences in their lifetime are at the hands of a Republican (I speak at least for myself and people I know), the trust factor is a major issue they need to overcome. As long as they stay in denial to the fact or act clueless, the mistrust will never change.
BTW I'm in no way a fucking Republican!![]()
but college athletes need to stay in school. And what does that get you as a CAC in America?
