In the 70s, 80s and the mid 90s they had way better standards, you would think in this day and age you it would be way better but, greed has made shit worst. Amusement parks (Action Park, NJ 
) had troubles not too many Carnivals because they always wanted to come back the following year. Me and my family were at Kings Island in 91' when some MFs got electrocuted and some drunk cac fell off a ride that was my last family summer before I went to bootcamp.

Negative. They were worse back then, bad now but not as bad as back then.
Not the carnivals in The D and Amusement parks in The D, the city was like Nazi's when it came to them especially The old State Fair.
Yeah,I don't get on none of that shit anyways,never really did even as a child I avoided riding them rides after almost flying out of the seat of the swinging pirate ship I was holding on for my life.
things have changed for the better,remember when the playground was dangerous,that slide made of fucking metal and was as high as a two story building...you were going to fall off or burn up all you thigh meat like that shit was a skillet.

Those old school playground made my generation tuff ass hell, we damn near had to have broken bones to stop playing the generation now cries for a Band-Aid over a little scratch.
Yep and the slides was a fucking frying pan.
Going to Cedar Point next week.
